Deal of The Day Rules


The rules for Deal of the Day: At times we offer the Deal of the Day below are the details on how it works.

  • Valid for one day only
  • Deal Price listed is for base price of product
  • Options for product maybe additional
  • Shipping and Sales Tax additional
  • While supplies last. If item becomes out of stock we will refund for that item and adjust shipping if more than one item is ordered. If ordering Featured Deal Only full refund will be issued if item becomes out of stock.

Coupon Codes

Only one coupon code can be entered at checkout.  Coupon codes cannot be combined and are not valid with any other offer.  If coupon code is valid discount will be displayed after enter coupon code in field.

How do I order?

You can place an order online.  Ordering online is convenient, easy and secure. Simply choose the item, click the quantity and any options or personalization. Click the add cart button to add the products to your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, click check out and fill in your billing and shipping information and submit order. A confirmation email will be sent to you informing you that your order has been received with our system.

How do I make changes or cancel my order?

All orders are processed in real-time, please be sure that all personalization is correct when placing your order. Changes or cancellations can't be made once you have submitted your order.  Fees or other charges maybe assessed.

What does Usually Ships within 10 business days mean in the availability field?

Our "Usually Ships" will tell you the typical processing time for our warehouse to prepare your order before it becomes ready to ship. Typically non-personalized items once ordered take 2-4 business days to process the order in which the warehouse receives it, before it is ready to ship to you. Personalized items take typically 10 business days to be processed before  they are ready to ship.  Shipping time is additional depending on the method of shipping chosen at checkout. Usually Ships within is not shipping time. You will need to add shipping time to the time above. Please see our Shipping Information section. Please see individual product page for our "Usually Ships Within" for that item. Orders received Friday, Saturday or Sunday will begin processing immediately once you hit the submit order button, however they will be counted as received the next business day (Monday) when figuring the number of Usually Ships Within days as the warehouse is closed for the weekend.

How do I need to key in my personalization for a name or date?

If the item is being personalized such a name then capitalize the first letter and use lower case letters for the rest of the name.  Name and Dates typed in will appear as lower or uppercase as entered.  If a date is entered and there is an option on how the date can be entered if different from the product photo than you  can enter it how you want it to appear.

How is a Monogram displayed vs Initials?

Name: Kate M. Smith

Single Initial: K
Initials: KMS (First Name First Initial, Middle Initial, Last Name First Initial)
Monogram: kSm (First Name First Initial lower case, Last Name First Initial Capitalized, Middle Initial lower case)
Monogram as a Couple: Kate M. Smith and Matthew L. Jones (Brides First Name Initial, Last Name First Initial of Groom, First Name Initial of Groom) - kJm

I need to have my order Rushed, can you help me?

Please call our customer service representatives M-F from 10 am to 6 pm EST or email us. Include the item number, name of product and quantity needed if you are sending an email. Customer Service will do their best to try and accommodate your request and give you a quote on the additional cost involve for rushing your order, tentative arrival date if requested and if rushing the order is available for that particular product. Rushing the order only speeds up the processing time at the warehouse for your order it does not shorten the shipping time to you.  Remember ordering at least 3 weeks out in most cases you can avoid rush fees or express shipping charges and can choose standard ground shipping

What is my agreement with Decorations For All Seasons when shopping?

By using our website or purchasing products from our site you agree to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and collection and use of information collected, Ordering, Shipping, Returns or Exchanges, Payments. We reserve the right to change our policies from time to time without notice. All changes will be listed on our site. 


Why can't I add items to my shopping cart?

Usually this requires that you enable cookies in your browser. Please use the Tools menu in your browser program to change the setting, and then try to add the items to your shopping cart.


Will I get an email confirmation after placing my order?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email that we have received your order for processing if you have provided us with an email address.


Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, if you order is shipped within Indiana you will be charge Indiana State Sales Tax at 7%. 


Has my order shipped?

If you created an account Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. When your order is preparing to ship and a tracking number has been issued your order will be updated and an email will be sent with the tracking number. Please note it may take up to 2-3 business days for the shipping carrier to update their system before you see real time status of your package's location.

Do I need to create an account to purchase from you?

No. You can checkout as a Guest. If you create an account you are able to login and check the status of your order and when it ships. Creating an account also allows you to save your wishlist items as you are planning and deciding what to purchase. An email will also be sent to notify you when the item has shipped so you do not need to create an account.

Do you have a minimum order quantity on favors or items offered on your site?

While most items can be ordered individually, some items are sold with a minimum quantity. Please refer to specific product page for details


Shipping Estimate - When will my order arrive?

Our Processing Time refers to as "Usually Ships Within" which varies by product. It is the time from when the order is placed until it leaves our facility. Orders are processed in the order they are received. 

Shipping/Transit Time varies by the chosen method during checkout as listed below. It is the time from when the order leaves our facility to when it is delivered to your address and may vary by product purchased.


Below it list the number of business days typical for your package to arrive. This time is in addition to the "in-house processing time" that is stated on the product page.
Ground - 6-10 business days 

Express - 3-5 business days

We do not guarantee shipping as once the item leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of the carry/shipping company, as acts of god or unforeseen events may arise that can delay your package with Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS that are beyond our control and the carriers.

What if I receive an order error or my order is canceled because of my credit card?

If your credit card is declined or declined due to insufficient funds, you will receive a message, you can try a different card to complete your order. To avoid your card being declined and any delay in processing your order, please be sure that the credit card billing information and CVV code are correct. The order will be automatically declined due to a credit card billing error if the information does not match the card number used. Be sure the information entered matches the card holder exactly. First & Last Name, Address, Zip Code and CVV must match card being used in the billing section from your credit card statement to avoid billing errors if you are using a parents or future husbands credit card to pay. If placing your order at work remember to use your address for your credit card in the billing section and not the work address as this will also cause an error since it does not match your card.

Just checking your information carefully or using a different card if you received an error will avoid most error messages.

Additional Order Errors: To avoid order errors we only accept orders within the 48 continental United States. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover for forms of payment with US banks. IP address, billing and shipping address, all three must be within the 48 states. If one these items are missing, you may receive an order error. We cannot process orders from non-US banks credit or debit cards or with IP address, billing or shipping outside the US 48 states, or using prepaid Visa, MasterCards or Discover Gift Cards. We thank you for your interest in our products but at this time our system does not support transactions outside these parameters.

What if my order is canceled because the item is out of stock?

If you have placed an order and your product that you ordered becomes out of stock while fulfilling the order we may cancel your order and refund your credit card if stock may not arrive to fulfill your order by the need by date you entered at checkout. We will contact you if the item can be backordered so you can decide to wait or cancel order. Some items cannot be backordered and may result in order being canceled and refunded.

If you have placed an order with more than one product and only one of the two items is out of stock we will contact you first to decide if you want item backordered that is out of stock or want to cancel part of or entire order. The item which is in stock will be processed and shipped if you desire. When backordered item arrives in stock it will be shipped to you; there is no additional shipping charge on backordered items. If you decide to cancel backorder item and have us ship only in stock item we will process that item and adjust the shipping to a lower tier if your new order total falls to another shipping tier.

Please note that depending on your bank it may take 2-5 business days to see the refund or adjustment to your card.

Please check the product page for when the item becomes available for purchase again if order was canceled and item could not be backordered.


How do I use a coupon?

After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.


Do you offer a price guarantee or price match competitors?

We currently do not offer a price guarantee or price match.  Our sale prices are the best.  To continue to offer these great sale prices we no longer offer a price guarantee or price match competitors.  On occasion there maybe a pricing error due to technical issues, we reserve the right to cancel such orders and issue a refund on such products in these rare occurances if this should happen. 


How are backordered items handled?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you if you chose to wait. If our supplier notifies us that the we will not receive stock we will notify you that the item is backordered and you will have a choice to wait or cancel the order for a refund.


Emails & Phone Numbers entered on your order: are accurate means of contacting you regarding your order for additional information to further process your order. We may contact you by either method for the additional information needed to assist us with processing your order.  If we have contacted you and have not received a response back from you, we will have to cancel your order as we cannot fulfill your order without the additional requested.  If your order is canceled after we have contacted you several times by either method a refund will be issued. Please note that depending on your bank it may take 2-5 business days to see the refund to your card. If you would still like to order from us please resubmit your order with the additional information requested.

Personalize Tags & Stickers Non-Refundable Return Policy

Please Note: If you decide to add personalized tags or stickers to this product they are not returnable or refundable. If you choose to return 

this product, we will not refund for the personalized tags or stickers ordered for this item. The cost of the personalized tags or stickers 
will be deducted from your refund. If you have already attached the tags or stickers to the product, then these item/items are not returnable as
they are not able to be re-sold.  Please see our return policy regarding wedding favors for additional returns information and instructions regarding the type of product (ie. candles, food, etc.) if this type of favor falls into one of these categories as well.

Personalized Hair Color Cake Topper Disclaimer

In order to create the unique poses and impressive details, each porcelain figurine begins as a series of separate elements. Much like a puzzle, the head, arms, flowers, etc. are carefully joined together by hand. Once assembled, the figurine is fired in a kiln. The extremely high temperature permanently fuses the pieces together and converts the clay into porcelain. Because of this, each figurine will be slightly unique. Small variations from the images shown on the product page are simply unavoidable.

Personalized Hair Color Cake Topper Disclaimer

1) Hair Color Personalization At Manufacturer: At the factory, our craftsmen apply hair color paint directly to unfinished porcelain bisque. When we are asked to alter the hair or shoe color, our artists must completely paint over top of the original hair color in order to accommodate your personalization request. As result, a personalized hair color will not be an exact match when compared to hair colors that were applied during the initial production or the 'standard' hair color. By ordering any customized/personalization of hair color you understand the explanation

2) May not match your own natural hair color

3) All customized hair colors including original models may not be an exact match to original models colors as seen on this site.

4) May not match another cake topper found on this site

5) No two cake toppers are the same

6) Color may vary from bride and groom of same color option.

7) Finish may vary if handpainted hair color

8) Each color is hand painted

9) Mixing of paint is done in batches for that particular cake topper depending on demand in advance,requesting additional customization cannot be done nor can requesting if there is darker or lighter shade in the hair color. Cake toppers are painted in advance and boxed directly from manufacturer and shipped by them.
