Returns & Exchanges

We want you to have a great shopping experience with us so in case you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we have made returning products QUICK and EASY! You may return (most) products for a full merchandise refund (see below for restrictions).

  • All returns must have an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. 
  • We must receive the returned merchandise; within 30 days of order placed with us, or before the need by date entered on an order for wedding related items  (whichever comes first).
  • You may use any shipping method to send back your package, however, a refund will not be issued on a return that we receive that was damaged in transit, lost, or stolen that you ship back to us. You will need to contact your shipping provider to file a claim. That is why we highly recommend that you insure your return package against damage that may occur while shipping your return back to us. The customer is responsible for their return item/items being shipped until our warehouse receives them.
  • All returned and exchanged merchandise are inspected in order to qualify for partial or full refund of the purchase price of the product.
  • Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.
  • Return items accepted are new unopened items in their original packaging.
  • We will issue a credit within 14 days after we receive the return package.
  • We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Please note that some products are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Open items in unused conditions
  • Personalized products, including personalized hair colors on cake toppers, 
  • Edible or perishable products, soaps, lotions, or hygiene products, manicure sets
  • Special order items such as personalized cake toppers
  • Clearance or Discontinued items
  • We do not accept partial returns nor partial quantity returns on favors due to quantity pricing (i.e. if you ordered 98 favors at the highest volume price or over, we cannot accept a return for 50 of them).
  • No returns are accepted on Rush Orders.
  • Returns will not be accepted after the need by date or wedding date entered at checkout as stated above
  • Returns received without authorization or that are received more than 14 days after the return authorization date may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • We reserves the right to change these policies without notice

NOTE: Colors vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Although it is impossible to achieve an exact color match for every item, small variations in color serve to enhance the overall effect of your color scheme. Products seen on the online catalog do not always represent an identical color match. Color reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast when producing the product and settings on your computer monitor.

 

When will my Refund appear on my account?

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return policy a refund will be issued, less shipping.  See our return policy for details depending on product being returned. Refunds usually take 2-5 business days from the time we receive your item(s).  Depending on your banking institution it may take 2-5 business days before it is reflected on your bank statement.

 

Discrepancies, Shortages, Misspelling, Wrong Item, & Damages

All merchandise must be inspected upon receipt!

All discrepancies, shortages, misspellings, wrong items, or damages must be reported within 2 business days of receipt of this product.

While it is rare that items may arrive this way please contact us by email along with a picture of the merchandise received. A picture is required, so we can show them to our supplier to determine if; a replacement can be sent, or can credit you for that item or file a claim with the shipping carrier. No replacement/refund will be sent until a picture(s) are received in accordance with our suppliers request to make the determination.

- A replacement will be sent if the item is available if determined.

- We only ship the replacement to the shipping address used when placing the original order.

- We are not responsible for covering expedited shipping costs for the replacements if this method was not used when placing the original order.
