We ship only within the 48 continental United States. We do not Internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii or to the U.S. territories.

** Please also note that the shipping rates may vary if ordering glasses or a large item such as signature picture frame, large or heavy amounts of wedding favors etc. or if expedited shipping is available when ground or express shipping are no longer options to fulfill you order by the needed date, additional shipping charges may apply to process your order. We will contact you to approve charges if this occurs.
What if my order is undeliverable?
If your order is undeliverable, it will be returned to us. We are not responsible for any shipping cost if your order is undeliverable. You will need to call with payment arrangements to pay for the additional shipping along with the correct address. To avoid delays of your package and additional fees please provide the correct shipping address when ordering. If you refuse or fail to pick up your package with the carrier you will also be responsible for any associated fees the carrier will assess.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses?
No, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. You will need to have a physical address for your order to be delivered. We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.
Will the items that I order ship together or separately?
In order to offer the wide selection of products some of our items may ship separately from our other warehouse locations. You will be billed only one shipping charge. You will receive a tracking number for each package if shipped from more than one warehouse.
What are the rules for shipping candles?
During the hot summer months between May 1st to September 1st, we strongly recommend that all candle products be shipped via Express. We will not be responsible or liable for any candle products shipped by ground. If you ship via ground you will risk the chance that the candles may melt and become defective, because of the hot temperatures during transit. If your candle products were shipped Express and arrived damaged, then you will need to file a claim form with the carrier directly.
Lost or Stolen Shipments, What do I do?
If you created an Account Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.
Lost or stolen shipments will need to be reported immediately upon you realizing that the tracking number shows delivered and you have not received the package. Please check with your neighbors to make sure that they have not received it by accident before emailing and notifying us. A claim will need to be filed with the carrier. If we are unable to get a new shipment out to you in time of your wedding a refund will be issued. Please note that if the package shows delivered and you are less than 10 business days from your wedding it is up to our warehouse or supplier to determine if another product can be shipped in time, in most cases a refund will be issued. The same shipping method will be used if another replacement package can be sent in time for your event. Decorations For All Seasons reserves the right to change these policies without notice. Buy shopping with us you agree to all these terms, policies listed on our site.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the package leaves are warehouse.
Again, we recommend to order early, a minimum of at least 4-6 weeks to allow plenty of time in case any of the above needs or issues arises.
Do you offer same day shipping or next day?
We currently do not offer same day shipping or next day, as most of our products are personalized they still require the same processing time. However, we do offer Express shipping. Once your order is processed (3-5 days typically, see product page for "Usually Ships in __ Days"), you can shorten your shipping time by choosing Express.
